The Medicover CRM Platform is a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software solution developed for the private healthcare network Medicover Romania. The primary objective of the project was to optimize internal marketing and sales processes, enhance relationships with patients and partners, and establish a solid foundation for data-driven strategic decision-making.

- Automation of internal operational workflows (appointments, payments, automated email/SMS communication).
