Scan Print Windows App

Development of an application that has a role in using the Scan and Print functions, using a Windows Form application to host a WebAPI application that communicates with a Custom printer using the print function and Windows libraries, and a Scanner document reader using the libraries in the Honeywell 4850DR SDK.
