The administration panel will contain:

          - Secure authentication section for administrators only

          - Orders section where the following actions can be done:

                    - Place orders where the estimated times will be specified, who placed the order, the products in the order, the quantity and the pdf file with the diagram and other order data will be attached

                    - Order management in process and its status in real time depending on employee feedback

                    - Cancellation of orders

                    - Order search and older order history

       

- User section where the following actions can be done:

                    - Viewing the list of employees and administrators

                    - Adding new employees or administrators

                    - Editing the data of an employee or administrator

                    - Viewing the history of an employee: hours worked, differentiated times, no. orders made, equipment used, etc.

                    - Deleting an employee or administrator

        

- Equipment Section where the following actions can be done:

                    - Adding new equipment with specifications for use in orders and reports

                    - Editing the information of a machine

                    - Viewing the history of a machine: hours worked, no. orders placed, etc.

                    - Wiping the machines

        

          - Products Section where the following actions can be done:

                   - Adding new products with specifications for use in orders and reports

                   - Editing product information

The Android tablet application will contain:

          - Secure authentication section for employees using a 4-digit PIN

          - Machine section where the machine to be worked on will be selected

                    - Order preview

                    - Taking an order by an employee

                    - Refusing an order

                    - Screen for counting times: processing, processing, etc.

                    - Order completion screen with the possibility of adding observations

                    - Screen with status of hours worked, with differentiated times, per employee

 

REST API that will contain the data management between the applications and the administration panel.

The mobile application can be installed on a maximum of 30 devices.
